Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 February 2026

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Serene Ear Care website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Serene Ear Care is a private clinic providing ear wax removal (microsuction and irrigation), hearing assessments, ear infection treatment, tinnitus management, paediatric ear care, and foreign body removal. All services are delivered by qualified audiologists and ear care specialists.

Booking & Cancellations

Appointments can be booked via our website (Cal.com) or by contacting us directly. By booking, you confirm your details are accurate. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations — late cancellations may incur a fee. Repeated no-shows may require advance payment for future bookings.

Payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is due at your appointment and accepted in cash or via offline methods at the clinic. We do not currently accept online payments. Confirmed bookings are honoured at the quoted price.
